Client payment is the start
The initial payment finances the agreed project before production. It does not mean the freelancer has already received a bank payout.
Transfer is a separate action
The normal project workflow provides approval or applicable review conditions before the freelancer triggers release. The confirmed transfer moves the eligible amount to the connected account and opens final-file access.
Bank payout follows Stripe’s schedule
Availability of funds, account verification, checks and the payout schedule determine bank arrival. Dealokr does not promise a fixed bank receipt date or that delays always decrease.
Pending funds are not regulated escrow
Stripe Connect processes the payment and transfers. Dealokr is software, not a bank or regulated escrow provider. Refunds, disputes and provider restrictions can affect funds.
If the client stops replying
The review workflow provides five days from the delivery notification. When it ends, the freelancer can request release from their workspace, subject to project conditions, no open dispute and payment-account availability. The deadline does not trigger an automatic transfer.
Revisions and disputes
A revision request identifies adjustments included in the agreement before a new preview. An open dispute blocks release in the Dealokr workflow. A bank dispute remains possible; the project record documents a response without guaranteeing the bank’s decision.
