Dealokr pricing: choose the plan that fits your projects.
Start without a monthly subscription on Junior, choose Pro at €29 a month with 0% Dealokr commission while the subscription is active, or discuss a Custom offer for your team. Your project volume and way of working determine the right starting point.
A first project and a regular stream of work do not necessarily need the same cost model. Junior uses a commission-based approach; Pro replaces Dealokr commission with an active monthly subscription. Custom gives your team a way to discuss an offer suited to its needs.
The plans support the same goal: agree on the work, organise upfront payment and prepare a clear handoff. To follow the full project journey, explore how Dealokr works.
To choose, consider your expected projects, their amounts and the fee information. A percentage alone does not tell the whole story: separate what you pay for the plan, any commission and the total shown to your client before payment.
The three plans at a glance.
Junior: €0 a month, with 5% Dealokr commission and a €1 minimum per payment.
Pro: €29 a month, with 0% Dealokr commission when the active subscription applies to the operation.
Custom: a quoted offer for the specific needs of agencies, studios and teams.
Client-side service and payment fees remain separate from Dealokr commission.
01 · Start with your activity
Choose a plan from your actual projects.
Start with the projects you genuinely expect to handle in Dealokr: their frequency, amounts and the people involved. Junior lets you begin without a monthly subscription; Pro combines a subscription cost with 0% Dealokr commission for eligible operations. If your organisation needs a different arrangement, the Custom offer is defined with you around those specific needs.

Adapt the offer to a team and its needs.
This separates the subscription from commission. It also keeps your work’s price distinct from the software cost: the service amount remains the price you agree with your client for the expected deliverables.
Choose using a representative month
Take a plausible month, rather than only your largest project of the year. Estimate what you will actually use and compare the plan cost on that basis. Irregular work and a recurring flow of projects can lead to different choices, even when the average project amount looks similar.
The benefit you are looking for remains practical: keeping the agreement, payment, preview, feedback and handoff in an understandable project. Choose the plan that fits that use, then review your choice when your working rhythm changes.
02 · Begin without a monthly subscription
Use Junior for your first client workflow.
Junior gives you a way to try Dealokr without adding a monthly subscription to your activity. The plan costs €0 a month, with 5% Dealokr commission and a €1 minimum. You can prepare a real project and see how the workflow fits your client conversations while keeping its commission cost in mind as you work.
Connect the project amount to commission
As a plan comparison, 5% of a €500 project is €25 in Dealokr commission. The €1 minimum does not affect this example. The calculation isolates commission; it does not describe client-side fees, taxes or the final amounts for a particular operation.
The minimum matters more for small amounts. Avoid assuming that “5%” is always enough to estimate your cost. The details of the relevant payment and transfer remain the right reference for the amounts applied to your project.
Try a useful way of working, as well as a price
Prepare the scope, deliverables, price and review with your client. For a fixed-price project, the client pays 100% upfront through Stripe Connect; you then present a preview and follow feedback within the project. You can assess the workflow on actual work you have found elsewhere.
Junior is not presented as a service with no fees at all. Its benefit is having no monthly subscription, with a defined commission model. If this way of working becomes routine and your volume increases, compare Junior’s estimated cost with a Pro subscription.
03 · Compare regular use
Choose Pro when the subscription fits your volume.
Pro costs €29 a month and removes Dealokr commission while the subscription is active. For regular work, this makes the plan cost more predictable. Compare the subscription with the Junior commission your projects would represent in a typical month, keeping payment fees separate, so you can choose from a realistic view of your own project volume.
Understand the €580 comparison point
When the 5% rate determines commission, €29 divided by 5% equals €580. At that volume, Junior commission and one month of Pro each represent €29. This is a reference for comparing plans; it does not mean that every cost disappears once you reach that amount.

These examples assume that the €1 minimum does not change the commission on the projects compared. They isolate plan cost, excluding payment fees, taxes and special situations. A mixture of very small and larger projects can produce a different result from simply multiplying the total volume by the percentage.
Compare a scenario with identical projects
Enter the amount for one project and the number of identical projects expected in the month. The comparator estimates Junior commission for each payment, rounded to the nearest cent with the €1 minimum, then compares it with the €29 Pro subscription. Pro remains €29 even when the scenario includes no projects.
This scenario compares plan costs, excluding client-side fees, provider fees and taxes. It is not an invoice and does not recalculate the terms of an existing payment. If your projects have different amounts, compare representative scenarios rather than treating their average as an exact description of every operation.
Monthly volume in this scenario:
Junior Dealokr costCommission calculated on each project payment.
Pro Dealokr costAn active monthly subscription in this scenario.
For this scenario, Pro costs €21 less per month, excluding separate fees.
Dealokr costs only, excluding taxes, client fees and payment-provider fees. Projects have identical amounts, each paid once under the same plan. This estimate does not change any subscription.
Check activation and the relevant operation
Selecting Pro and having an active subscription are different steps. Check your active plan and subscription information before counting on 0% commission. For a payment already created, check its recorded conditions rather than assuming that changing plans retrospectively recalculates the entire project.
You can compare several months if your workload varies. The aim is to choose a cost that suits your use, rather than feeling obliged to reach a particular volume to justify a subscription.
04 · Separate the cost items
Distinguish the Dealokr plan from payment fees.
Dealokr commission, the subscription and fees presented to the client are different cost items. Pro removes Dealokr commission for eligible operations; it does not remove every fee associated with the payment service. Before directing your client to pay, distinguish the service price from the total they will need to examine before confirming the payment in their own journey.
Explain the total at the right moment
The client should understand what the work covers and see the payment information before acting. State the agreed service price clearly, then invite them to read the details displayed in their payment journey. This avoids presenting an approximate total as though it were already the final checkout amount.
Client-side service and payment fees are displayed before confirmation. They remain separate from your plan’s Dealokr commission. Do not reuse an old processing rate to promise the exact cost of a new operation: check the information for the payment concerned.
Understand the transfer to the freelancer too
For fixed-price work, client payment funds the project upfront. Funds are collected in the platform’s Stripe balance before transfer to the freelancer’s connected account. The commission breakdown and operation amounts help distinguish the project amount from the amount transferred.
The freelancer requests the transfer under the project conditions; confirmation and bank arrival remain separate steps. Dealokr organises this workflow with Stripe Connect, without offering a regulated escrow service. To understand the amounts involved, consult the payment and transfer details; for bank arrival, check Stripe’s payout information.
05 · Prepare a tailored offer
Define Custom around your team’s needs.
An agency, studio or team may need an arrangement that goes beyond choosing between commission-based costs and an individual subscription. Custom is offered on quotation, starting from your project volume and organisation. Describe the concrete needs of your team so the scope and terms can be discussed and defined together before you commit to a particular arrangement.
Start with the people and projects involved
Prepare a few useful points for the conversation: who follows projects, prepares agreements, responds to clients and handles handoff. Add the expected volume and the way projects move through your team. These details help explain the need without starting from an abstract feature list.
If you handle several types of services, explain what changes from one project to another. A recurring production team and a studio running occasional projects may need different ways of organising work. The offer and support are defined around the arrangement agreed.
Clarify the scope of the quotation
Ask for a quotation that specifies the cost, members covered, scope of the offer and support actually included. You can then compare the proposal with your organisation and confirm what it provides. Custom starts from your needs to define a suitable response.
For individual work without specific team requirements, begin by comparing Junior and Pro. Custom is a route for an organisation that needs a dedicated conversation, with terms defined together before making a commitment.
06 · Put the plan to work
Prepare the project as well as choosing the price.
A suitable plan mainly helps you organise a clearer project for yourself and your client. Before starting, define the result, deliverables, price and review conditions. You can then connect that framework to the initial payment, preview and handoff, rather than treating the software price as a decision separate from the way you will actually deliver the work.
Explain what follows payment
For fixed-price work, the client pays 100% upfront. You present a preview, handle the agreed revisions and request the transfer when project conditions allow. Hosted final files become accessible after transfer confirmation; bank arrival follows its own schedule.
This gives Dealokr a practical purpose: the project price, agreement, feedback and handoff steps remain in a project you can follow. With Junior or Pro, you choose the cost model that fits your activity and prepare what comes next with a budget that is easier to understand.
Three useful questions before choosing
How many projects will I actually handle? Start with a plausible volume and project sizes, accounting for the Junior minimum when amounts are small.
Which plan will be active for the operation? Check the subscription status and the relevant payment’s conditions before promising 0% commission.
Does the client know what they are paying for and what they will receive? Clarify the service and let them read the total before confirmation. With these reference points in place, you can choose a plan with an understandable cost and a project workflow ready to use.
Choose from your actual use: Junior to begin without a monthly subscription, Pro when the fixed cost fits your volume, and Custom for a team arrangement defined together. Keep plan cost, Dealokr commission and the project’s payment information distinct.
