Recommend Dealokr and track your affiliate commissions.

Introduce Dealokr to people for whom its project workflow is relevant. Your partner link connects eligible referrals to your workspace so you can follow commissions and their payout conditions.

Understand the programme

The affiliate programme lets you introduce Dealokr and track commissions connected to eligible subscription payments. It uses a partner link attached to your workspace and referrals actually attributed within the programme.

About Dealokr explains the software’s role: connecting the agreement, payment and deliverable handoff of a freelance engagement. That context helps you recommend the product based on a concrete use.

The programme’s standard rate is 30%. Commissions concern eligible paid subscriptions, including Pro, under attribution and programme conditions. Find out below how to obtain your link, read amounts and prepare a payout.

01 · A relevant recommendation

Start from the recipient’s need.

A recommendation is more useful when it answers a concrete question: how to prepare an engagement, review a preview or organise deliverable handoff. The affiliate programme lets you introduce Dealokr in that context, then track commissions associated with eligible subscription payments. Start with the needs of the person you are speaking to and the work they want to organise.

Present a use the recipient can recognise

For fixed-price engagements, Dealokr connects 100% payment before production, review of a preview and access to hosted final files after transfer confirmation. You can introduce that workflow to someone who wants a clearer framework for starting and handing over their projects.

You can start from a question about scope, client feedback or the final material to provide. The aim is to give enough context to understand the service. The affiliate programme concerns recommending the software, with commission on eligible subscriptions; it does not pay for a project agreed between a freelancer and client.

Keep the presentation honest

Present what you know of the product and what matches its workflow. Commissions depend on payments actually eligible and attributed; a recommendation or share does not, by itself, establish income already earned.

02 · Your partner link

Obtain the link attached to your Dealokr workspace.

Your affiliate link is available through your Dealokr account and attached to your workspace. It identifies the recommendation when the programme attributes a referred workspace. In the Affiliate programme section, you can create the link if it does not exist yet or copy the available one, then share it in the context you have chosen for introducing the product.

Find the programme in your account

After signing in, open Affiliate program from the sidebar or Partner program from the Account section of settings. Use the action to create or copy the link provided in your workspace. The link to share is the account’s own link, with its referral reference.

Keep that reference when sharing the link. You can explain a recommendation in an email, content or professional conversation according to the context. Clearly state that it is an affiliate link so the recipient understands your relationship with the programme.

Understand how the referral is attached

The attribution window is 90 days from the recorded visit through your link. It concerns attachment to a workspace, not a guaranteed duration of subscription commissions. One workspace is not attributed to several partners, and self-referrals are excluded.

Attachment depends on the path followed and recorded reference. Sharing a link or receiving a click does not mean every registration is attributed, particularly when the path changes device or context.

03 · Eligible payments

Understand the rate and recurring commission.

The programme’s standard rate is 30%; the rate associated with your account determines its commission calculation. The programme concerns eligible paid subscription payments, including Pro. That basis distinguishes a software referral from a project payment and explains which events can produce commission in your tracking, so you can relate an amount to the relevant subscription rather than a share alone.

Recurring means successive eligible payments

Several payments from the same subscription can generate commission when they meet the programme’s rules. Tracking therefore depends on the subscription and relevant payments, with their attribution. The free plan and project payments between freelancers and clients do not form part of that basis.

Commissions are first recorded as pending for 30 days. They can then become available according to their status and applicable adjustments. A refund or cancellation can void the relevant commissions, so a recorded amount should not be read as a bank payout already made.

Connect commission to the right event

The attribution window and pending period serve different purposes. The first concerns attaching the referral; the second precedes a commission’s availability. To understand an amount, compare its status with the programme’s eligible payments rather than the number of times the link was shared.

04 · Programme amounts

Read the Pending, Available and Paid totals.

The Affiliate programme section shows three summary amounts for your workspace. They distinguish commissions still pending, those available and those included in a finalised transfer. Reading them separately gives you a reference for following the programme’s progress without confusing a recorded commission, an available balance and a payout received in your bank account at the same moment.

Three statuses for understanding amounts

Displayed totalWhat it representsHow to read it
PendingRecorded commissions that have not yet become available. The pending period and adjustments can still affect these amounts.
AvailableCommissions eligible for payout according to their status. The threshold and other request conditions must also be met.
PaidCommissions included in a finalised Stripe transfer.Transfer to the connected account remains separate from bank receipt.

Amounts can change with payments and commission status. Retain that distinction in your own records: pending amounts are not interchangeable with the available balance, and the Paid total describes the transfer followed by the programme.

Find the right references when a question arises

Start from the workspace, amount and status you are examining. Those details help explain a situation more precisely than a click count or sharing date. Affiliate tracking remains connected to eligible payments and their attachment within the programme.

05 · Payout conditions

Prepare a request when the balance is available.

A payout request depends on the available balance, workspace permissions and Stripe configuration. The minimum is €25 of available commission in euros. The owner or an administrator can request it when conditions are met; the programme then follows the finalised transfer, while receipt in the bank follows Stripe’s payout schedule and the conditions applicable to the connected account.

A person takes notes in a notebook at a table with a book and a tablet.

Check the conditions in the workspace

Read the Available amount, then the workspace’s Stripe configuration. The workflow requires a ready, authorised Stripe connection for payout. Actions in the Affiliate programme section also depend on your role: the request is reserved for the owner or an administrator.

When the conditions are met, Request payout starts the request from the account. The threshold concerns available commission in euros, not a total that includes amounts still pending. You can prepare the operation using the amount actually eligible.

Separate transfer from bank receipt

Once the Stripe transfer is finalised, the programme reflects the paid commissions. Receipt in the bank account remains a step in Stripe’s workflow, with its timing and conditions. Following those two moments separately lets you describe the right status without announcing an unconfirmed bank receipt date.

06 · An explained recommendation

Share Dealokr with context and the right expectations.

When recommending Dealokr, give the recipient enough information to decide whether the product meets their need. Explain the software’s role in the engagement and state clearly that it is an affiliate link. That transparency keeps the recommendation understandable while leaving the recipient their own decision on using the service and choosing a subscription suited to their situation.

Connect the product to a concrete situation

You can explain how a shared framework helps people find the scope, upfront payment, review of a preview and file handoff. Consulting, creative or development examples place the use in context without promising the software performs the work or finds clients for the professional.

If you describe your experience, distinguish what you have actually used from possibilities the recipient still needs to examine. A useful recommendation explains why you think of that service for them, with the conditions needed to understand the workflow.

Keep the programme and project in their places

Affiliate commissions reward eligible subscription payments attributed under programme rules. They do not guarantee income or a freelance project’s outcome. The best starting point remains a clear product explanation, followed by an informed decision from the person considering using it.

Start with a relevant recommendation, use your workspace’s link and follow commissions with their statuses. The rate, attribution, eligible payments and payout conditions provide the programme’s framework. Dealokr can then be introduced for a concrete use, with clear expectations for you and the person you refer.
