How to read the result.
If the Free estimated cost is below 29 EUR, Free is probably the lighter starting point. If the Free estimated cost is above 29 EUR, Pro can make more sense because it removes Dealokr commission after the paid subscription is active.
The usual break-even is easy: 29 EUR divided by 5% equals 580 EUR. If you process around 580 EUR or more in protected deals each month, Pro becomes worth considering.
Why deal count matters.
The Free plan includes a 1 EUR minimum per protected deal. For normal deal sizes, the 5% rate is the main factor. For many tiny deals, the minimum can make the result slightly different from a pure percentage estimate.
How the client checkout fee is modeled.
The checkout fee estimate uses a conservative card-processing model of 3.25% plus 0.25 EUR, grossed up so the fee also covers processing applied to the fee itself. The client sees the full checkout total before paying.
What this does not calculate.
This page does not calculate taxes, refunds, chargebacks, exchange rates, custom offers, or final provider pricing. It is a planning tool for choosing between Dealokr Free and Pro and understanding the checkout fee model.
